  • Technical Problems: Inability to access or use the product due to technical issues on our end
  • Duplicate Purchases: Accidental purchase of the same product more than once
  • Unauthorized Purchases: Charges made without your authorization

3. Refund Request Timeframe

  • 14 days of purchase for one-time digital product purchases
  • 7 days of purchase for premium article access

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account
  • Other payment methods may be refunded via store credit or alternative methods

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Items
